Signature Urban

Envisioned by Portuguese interior designer José Leite de Castro, the Signature Urban approaches design from an artist’s viewpoint. Working from his studio on the coast of Portugal, José envisions each space as a complete room – including the scale and layout – designing furniture, upholstery and accessories as he sees fit in his vision. In this specialist collaboration with Caracole, José draws inspiration from architecture, urbanism and metropolitan culture. Distinctive in every way, his creations reflect an expert understanding of design details, luxurious materials and high-end finishes. José has an extraordinary method of designing and creating, composing elegant furniture and mirrors with glass, brass, wood and textiles that lend themselves to a comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.
